We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from AC Loves as we aim to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times. This is why we offer a 14 day returns period so that you can try items on in the comfort of your own home.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it provided we receive the item/s within 14 days of delivery, in unworn, unsoiled condition, complete with attached tags, the original packaging and the purchase receipt which is sent with your order.
Please be aware that some items are non-returnable, either because they are custom made to measure, or for hygiene reasons. These are clearly marked in the item description.
Original P&P is non-refundable. Full refunds, including delivery charges, will be given if any item purchased is proven faulty or has been sent as a result of our error.
After we have established that the item is unused and undamaged we will send your exchange, or you will be refunded within 5 days. All goods must be in a new and unused condition. If you are in any doubt, please contact us.
Please note: You are responsible for your order until it is received back to AC Loves so we highly recommend using a trackable service when returning items.
Faulty or Wrong Item
If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please contact us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. Please then follow the instructions above to send the item /s back.
