Can I place an order on the telephone?

At present we are unable to accept telephone payments, however we are hoping to offer this very soon.

How can I pay for my order?

All orders require payment through our secure checkout, provided by shopify, or paypal. You can pay with Visa, Visa Debit, Switch, Solo, Visa Electron, Maestro & American Express.

Do you have a catalogue?

Sorry but right now we don’t produce a catalogue as our stock changes all the time.

Do you have a shop?

AC Loves is purely an online shop.

Can I return my items?

Yes – we make it as easy as possible for you to return items by making the process simple and pain free. We encourage customers to order more than one size or style if you are unsure, and return the unsuitable items once you have tried them in the comfort of your own home.

Do you sell wholesale?

No AC Loves does not sell wholesale to boutiques – sorry.

Who will deliver my parcel?

The majority of parcels will be delivered by Hermes within 3 to 5 working days. From time to time we may use an alternative shipping company in order to offer the best service to you.

Will my parcel require a signature when it is delivered?

No – Hermes will try to obtain a signature but if not available they will leave the parcel with a neighbour, or if requested, in a safe place. 

Can I track my order?

In most cases a tracking number will be added to the order details, which you can view in “My Account”. If you cannot locate this please contact us with your order reference number and we will send through the tracking information for your order.

Can I cancel my order?

You are more than welcome to cancel or amend your order at any point before it is despatched – but please bear in mind that on in stock items will be despatched the same day at about 4pm. Once you have received an email saying it has been despatched you cannot cancel but are still more than welcome to return your order for a refund or exchange.

Can I order from overseas?

AC Loves accepts orders worldwide as long as the security measures put in place at checkout are met. The delivery costs to your Country will be calculated and added when going through checkout.

Do I have to pay customs & import charges?

All orders placed within the EU will not have to pay any charges. If you are outside of the EU you will be liable for charges, which will be payable locally and are unfortunately beyond our control.
